Dispute Resolution

Such Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Kollam (Kerala), India and the courts in Kollam (Kerala), India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any dispute arising out of this policy. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Malayalam or English language.
